At Sonoswag, every item is made just for you! Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives with a printing defect, damage, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to hello@sonoswag.com with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
Order Issues & Cancellations
Since our items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations, size exchanges, or buyer’s remorse returns. Please double-check your order details, including size and color, before checking out.
